Patients often want to see before and after laser stretch mark removal photos before deciding on treatment. Stretch marks form when rapid skin stretching from pregnancy, growth spurts, or weight changes damages the dermal layer. Both red and white striae respond to fractional laser energy. Our team uses Fraxel for laser stretch mark treatment to remodel collagen and improve skin texture.
Dr. Rokhsar was one of the original physicians involved in Fraxel development. Our practice offers stretch marks removal treatment in New York for both red and white striae. We also offer microneedling for patients with textural concerns. The patient results below were treated at our Manhattan and Garden City offices.
Fraxel Laser for Breast Stretch Marks (Patient 1)

On the lower breast area, pink and red stretch marks form a typical striae rubra pattern in the before photo. The marks fade considerably after Fraxel laser treatment, with skin texture appearing smoother. Tone now blends more evenly with the surrounding chest tissue. Results like this reflect how fractional laser energy responds to early vascular stretch marks during their inflammatory stage.
Stretch Mark Laser Treatment on the Stomach (Patient 2)

The contrast between before and after photos shows how Fraxel laser fades stretch marks on the stomach. In the before image, several linear streaks radiate outward from the umbilicus area. They show pink and reddish coloring typical of newer stretch marks. The after image reveals fading of those streaks and a more uniform skin tone. The mid-abdominal area now appears smoother and less marked overall.
Fraxel Restore Dual Laser for Mature Stretch Marks (Patient 3)

The after image reveals visibly smoother skin and a more uniform tone where mature, pale stretch marks were once present. Fraxel Restore Dual combines two wavelengths to address both pigment irregularities and skin texture in older striae. White stretch marks like these have historically been harder to treat than red ones. This result shows meaningful improvement in skin smoothness and color blending after fractional laser treatment.
