Attention new COSMETIC Patients!
In order to secure your appointment, we require a $250 cosmetic consult fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to any cosmetic procedure you choose to do in the office with Dr. Rokhsar for up to one year.
Please call our office M-F 9AM-5PM to make your payment.
If you cancel your appointment at least 3 business days (Monday – Friday) in advance you may receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, it may only be applied to a rescheduled appointment within one year.
