Non-Surgical Facelift

A non-surgical facelift in NYC can improve mild to moderate skin laxity, early jowls, wrinkles, and age-related facial volume loss without a traditional facelift. Treatment may address the cheeks, jawline, chin, lower face, and neck. The goal is a refreshed appearance that still looks like you.
Depending on your anatomy, we may combine dermal fillers, Botox, PRP, ThermiTight, or Ultherapy. A liquid facelift in NYC uses fillers to replace lost volume and Botox to soften expression lines. Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound, while ThermiTight delivers radiofrequency energy beneath the skin to stimulate collagen and tighten lax tissue.
No single treatment works for every face. Some patients need volume restoration, while others need more support along the jawline or neck. Dr. Rokhsar selects the treatment based on your facial anatomy, degree of laxity, and goals. This individualized approach offers a non-invasive facelift in New York option for patients who are not ready for surgery.

Dr. Cameron Rokhsar is double board-certified in dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery and fellowship-trained in laser and MOHS surgery. A Harvard College and NYU School of Medicine graduate, he completed additional laser surgery training under the late Dr. Richard Fitzpatrick, one of the field’s most respected laser surgeons.
Dr. Rokhsar is an Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital and teaches cosmetic dermatology to resident physicians. He has been named a New York Magazine and Castle Connolly Top Doctor for multiple years. He has also trained physicians for Allergan, Galderma, and Merz.
His experience is especially relevant to a non-surgical facelift in Manhattan. Dr. Rokhsar participated in research involving Ulthera and helped develop Fraxel laser technology. He was also one of the first physicians in the New York area to offer Ultherapy. Our practice has more than 40 laser and energy-based devices, allowing treatment to be selected for your anatomy rather than forcing every patient into the same procedure.
Good candidates are healthy adults with realistic expectations and mild to moderate facial or neck laxity. A non-surgical facial rejuvenation in Manhattan can create meaningful improvement, but it cannot reproduce every result of surgery. Dr. Rokhsar discusses those limits clearly and performs treatment in our Quad A accredited Manhattan facility.

Results from a non-surgical facelift NYC treatment depend on the methods selected. Dermal fillers can restore facial volume immediately, while Botox begins softening expression lines within several days. Ultherapy and ThermiTight work more gradually because new collagen develops and remodels over the following months.
Longevity also differs by treatment. A liquid facelift in Manhattan using fillers may last about six months to two years, depending on the product and treatment area. Ultherapy results often last one to two years. ThermiTight can produce improvement lasting three to five years in selected patients.
Our aim is improvement without an artificial or overfilled appearance. Restoring cheek support, softening wrinkles, and tightening the lower face can improve facial balance and jawline definition. For patients with mild or moderate aging changes, these treatments offer effective face lift alternatives in NYC without the scars and prolonged recovery of traditional surgery.
Recovery after a non-invasive facelift in NYC varies because the term includes several different procedures. Botox and dermal fillers usually require little downtime, although temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising can occur around injection sites. Many patients resume normal activities the same day.
Ultherapy does not injure the skin surface, so there is no medical downtime for most patients. Temporary redness, swelling, tingling, tenderness, or jawline sensitivity can occur. ThermiTight is more involved. Swelling, bruising, and soreness may last one to two weeks, and patients follow specific compression instructions after treatment.
Possible side effects depend on the procedure and your medical history. During your consultation, Dr. Rokhsar explains the benefits, limitations, recovery, and risks of each option before recommending treatment. Procedures are physician-led and performed at our Quad A accredited Manhattan practice at 121 East 60th Street in New York City.
