Ulthera for Browlift

Ulthera is a patented device used to stimulate deep structural support layers of the skin, encouraging new collagen growth. As collagen continues to produce, it can lift the skin and tightening any unwanted eyebrow furrows. Dr. Rokhsar is experienced in using the device as an alternative to brow lifting surgical procedures.

Ulthera for Facelift

Dr. Rokhsar uses the patented Ulthera device to perform non-invasive facelifts. The device uses ultrasound waves to generate heat that is targeted to the deepest layers of the skin. When collagen is stimulated, is naturally activates the production of new collagen. Collagen is an important protein component in the skin that produces connective tissue and ultimately generates new skin tissue. It is essential for new skin growth and as it is stimulated with Ulthera, the new collagen lifts and tightens the skin. New collagen development can continue for up to two to three months, progressively lifting the skin. Although non-invasive options aren’t as dramatic as facial surgery, results can last from 9 to 15 months.

Ulthera FAQ

How Does Ulthera Work?

Acoustic energy delivery to the soft tissue can help transform skin by promoting collagen formation and causing tightening. The use is novel, but the concept itself has been used in the medical community for over 50 years in diagnostic imaging and therapeutic devices.

What’s more, the device is customizable, meaning varying transducers can be utilized for delivering precise amounts of energy based on the particular area of the face being treated.

Ulthera is the very first recipient of FDA clearance to market ultrasound technology for facial aesthetic improvement. It has been studied thoroughly by many physicians in the clinical setting.

Who is a good candidate for the Ulthera System?

Any non-surgical procedure is going to be both popular and in high demand. However, Ulthera will not necessarily work for everyone (and many patients end up selecting a different non-surgical procedure after discussing options with Dr. Rokhsar). Most potential candidates for Ulthera3 exhibit at least some of the following qualities:

  • Loose skin that makes the patient uncomfortable
  • Sagging skin that makes the patient uncomfortable
  • A desire for firmer skin around the face, neck, and eyelids
  • Realistic expectations about what this procedure can accomplish

If you feel like you would be a good candidate for Ulthera, contact Dr. Cameron Rokhsar to schedule a no-pressure meeting, during which you will discuss your desired final results and the best way to achieve them. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us today!

How much is Ulthera?

Ultherapy, also known as Ulthera, is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared procedure that uses ultrasound energy to lift and tighten skin on the face, neck, and chest without surgery. The cost of Ultherapy varies depending on the treatment area, location, and provider. The cost can vary depending on the treatment area, with larger areas like the chest and neck costing more than smaller areas like the eyebrows.

While we do not offer payment plans, our office does accept CareCredit.
